Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
- Operating Hours Monday-Thursday: 5 AM-10 PM
- Operating Hours Friday- Saturday: 5 AM-11 PM
- Operating Hours Sunday: 6 AM-10 PM
- Day Parts: Open 5 AM -12 PM, 6 AM-1 PM, Morning Mid 7 AM-2 PM, 10 AM-4 PM, Afternoon Mid 12 PM-6 PM, 1 PM-7 PM, 2 PM-8 PM, Close 3 PM-10 PM, 4 PM-10 PM, 5 PM-11 PM.
Job Summary
The Barista is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer while contributing to the vibrant community Lola Beans serves. This role includes preparing a wide range of beverages with care and consistency, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and actively participating in operational tasks. The Barista supports an energetic, community-focused atmosphere and ensures high standards of quality and service are upheld at all times.

Responsibilities
- Bringing your best energy in every day
- Operating in a fast-paced environment
- Preparing all beverages in accordance with Food Safety requirements
- Making Consistent Beverages
- Prepare customized beverages with care
- Welcome drive-thru and walk-up customers
- Accurately process payment and provide change when needed
Qualifications
- Pursuing or having a high school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work both indoors and outside in controlled and uncontrolled environments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not required

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
